Replacement bulbs are available for HPX-2000 series pulsed xenon sources. These bulbs require factory installation. Customers cannot purchase a spare bulb for replacement in the field.

To replace the bulb in your HPX-2000 or HPX-2000-HP-DUV light source, please request an RMA using our online form or by contacting us for assistance. There is a charge for the bulb and for labor for the bulb replacement.
