S 500 Routine System
The Sykam S500 series offers a modular HPLC system with small footprint. It can be manually controlled or fully PC automated. The modules can operate standalone or integrated for flexible setup. Digital and analog connectivity allows incorporating S500 into modern labs or upgrading existing systems. Modules include pumps, autosampler, UV and PDA detectors, RI detector, fraction collector, and degasser. Software control available.
Pump Options for HPLC Systems
Pump options include isocratic, low pressure quaternary gradient with mixer and degasser, and binary gradient with two pumps. Available in stainless steel or PEEK, with flow rates for micro, analytical, semi-preparative applications.
Autosampler for Reliability
The autosampler has a stainless steel sample rack for easy vial loading. It uses direct needle injection to minimize dead volumes and sample loss.
UV Detector Options
The UV detector has one or two channels with high quality optics. Optional in-line scanning and integrated peak detection.
PDA Detector for Routine or Research
The photodiode array detector comes in a routine 2.2nm resolution or research 0.8nm resolution version. Operates as a UV detector recording 4 wavelengths.
Stable Refractive Index Detector
Refractive index detector with temperature control and thermally isolated optics provides stable baselines and optimal sensitivity.
Fraction Collector for Preparative Applications
The Universal Fraction Collector S 6410 completes the system for preparative applications.
Low Dead Volume Degasser
The S 7515 Degasser available with up to four channels with low internal dead-volume of less then 500µl per channel.
