3 models for determination of bulk density acc. to ASTM D 1895 Method A, Method B or Method C3 devices are available.

Method A:

– Used for fine granular material

– V shaped measuring funnel

– Capacity of the measuring cup 100 cm³

– Stand with funnel shut off

Method B:

– Used for more coarse granular material than in method A

– V shaped measuring funnel

– Capacity of the measuring cup 400 cm³

– Stand with funnel shut off

Method C:

– Used for flakes, strands, chips and cut fibres

– Measuring cylinder 1000 ml capacity

– Weight plunger for compressing the material
