BVT-AC1.GOx Glucose Sensor
Detect glucose with this enzyme modified electrode.
Glucose Oxidase (GOx) from Aspergillus Niger is immobilized on a working electrode’s the active surface of an amperometric substrate AC1.W2.RS (i.e. Platinum working electrode, silver reference electrode). The diameter of the immobilized bioactive membrane is 2 mm and the mean applied activity is 1 unit/mm².
What can the sensor detect?
With these sensors glucose can be detected in food or in blood. The glucose test is worldwide the most used biosensor application.
