Hybrid Karl Fischer Moisture Titrator (MKH-710M)
The MKH-710M, is a Karl Fischer Hybrid Moisture Titration Instrument that offers optimal performance, including high-speed and precise measurements using the “Hybrid Titration Method,” which combines both “Volumetric Titration” and “Coulometric Titration.” In this system, water contents from 1μg – 500mg can be determined reliably and precisely in solid, liquid, and gaseous samples. It has a large color TFT-LCD with a touch panel (8.4-inch) that makes it possible to display the titration curve while experimenting. Additionally, it features an “Electrolytic Factor Measurement System” that determines the factor without the need for pure water. The “Hybrid Titration Method” automatically switches between the two measurement methods, “Volumetric Titration” and “Coulometric Titration,” based on moisture levels in the titration cell, allowing measurement without adjusting the sample amount. Also, up to 4 titrators, AT-710B, MKC-710B or MKH-710M or additional MKV-710B can be connected and simultaneous 4-channel display measurement is possible. The wireless connections between the controller and titrators are adjustable. Also it can be connected to a computer via LAN cable. In this titrator, the Burette drive unit is designed to be more compact than before and can be installed in A4 size. Also the piston head is improved, so the design means that air bubbles are not produced so much. About the segment of Coulometric Titration, For two component cells, users can fill with 100mL anolyte and 5mL catholyte. All of the MKH-710 series comes standard with a magnetic stirrer. The MKH-710M is supplied with a software CD that operators can use to create and save methods on their computer. Methods can be transferred to the titrator or data transferred from the titrator to a computer with a USB drive.
